Give each service its own price and duration, with a buffer afterwards if you need it. Set your business opening hours and service availability so the website offers appointments based on the way you work.

On Grow and Pro, assign services to eligible team members and set their individual hours and breaks. Where staff selection is enabled, clients can choose someone who provides the service they want.

You configure service prices, timings and availability. Each appointment occupies one continuous booked slot, with any buffer afterwards. Staff features are on Grow and Pro.

A client chooses a service and an available time on your booking website, as a guest or with a client account. They don't need to download the salon-management app. You manage the appointment on iPhone or iPad, alongside the client record and visit notes.

Already have a website you want to keep? Grow and Pro include a booking widget for that site, as well as Muluno's website customisation. Free includes a simple Muluno booking page and email reminders.

The management app is available now on iPhone and iPad; the browser workspace is in private preview. SMS credits are purchased separately on eligible plans.

BOOKING PAYMENTS ARE A SEPARATE SETUP STEP

Want a deposit
when someone books?

On an approved Grow or Pro payment account, choose a deposit or full payment at online booking. A deposit leaves an outstanding balance on the appointment, which you can collect at the end of the visit.

Tap to Pay accepts contactless cards and digital wallets on a supported iPhone without a separate card reader. Muluno adds no transaction fee; Stripe's own processing fees still apply. Publishing a website does not automatically approve your payment account.

Payments require Grow or Pro, business verification, a signed agreement and Stripe approval. Supported-device requirements and security allowances apply. Plan subscriptions and Stripe processing fees are separate. Tap to Pay is an iPhone feature, not an iPad payment method.

Is a salon booking website included on Free?

Yes. Free includes a simple Muluno booking page, appointments, client records and notes, services and email reminders for one owner. Full website customisation and the booking widget are on Grow and Pro. Publishing requires a verified owner email, the current agreement and completed website checks.

What can I customise on Grow and Pro?

Grow and Pro include full Muluno website customisation. Choose the website's presentation and colour palette, add a logo and banner image, and write content that introduces your business. The booking services and availability come from the settings you configure in Muluno. This is a website builder, not a bespoke design or custom-coding service.

Can I keep the website I already have?

Yes. Grow and Pro include a booking widget for an existing website, as well as Muluno website customisation. You can also share your published Muluno booking link. The booking widget is not included on Free.

Do clients need to install an app to book?

No. Clients book in their browser, as a guest or with a client account. You use the Muluno salon-management app on iPhone or iPad to manage the business. The management browser workspace is in private preview; this is separate from the client-facing booking website.

Where do the website's services and available times come from?

They follow the service and availability settings you configure in Muluno, including prices, appointment durations, buffers, business opening hours and service availability. On Grow and Pro, staff service assignments and individual working hours also apply. Where staff selection is enabled, clients can choose an eligible team member.

What do I need to do before publishing?

Verify the owner's email, accept the current agreement and complete the website checks. Set up your business details, bookable services and availability, then publish the design and switch Website live on before sharing the link. Payment-account approval is a separate step and is not granted by publishing the website.
