Account deletion
Close a Muluno account.
Salon owners can request account closure and the deletion or return of organisation-controlled data, subject to identity checks and information we must retain by law.
Before you request closure
Cancelling a Grow or Pro subscription does not itself delete the salon account. Arrange any permitted data export first, check outstanding bookings, payments, refunds and messages, and make sure the request is made by an authorised owner.
How to make the request
