Account deletion

Delete your Muluno account.

Every account holder can start permanent account deletion in the Muluno app or signed-in website. For a business owner, this deletes both the Muluno account and the business after a seven-day cancellation period.

Delete your account in Muluno

  1. 01Open Data retention & exportIn the app or at muluno.com, sign in, open Settings, then choose Data retention & export.
  2. 02Export before deletingOwners can prepare and download a complete business export from the same section.
  3. 03Choose the deletion optionOwners choose Delete account and salon; staff choose Delete Muluno account.
  4. 04Confirm securelyComplete the warnings, type DELETE and enter your current password to schedule permanent deletion.

What happens next

Your request has a seven-day safety window. You can sign in during that period. While signed in, a fixed notice shows the remaining time and exact deletion date on the website. Return to Data retention & export in the app or website to review the request or cancel it. After the deadline, your Muluno sign-in and personal profile are deleted.

If you are a staff member, your salon access ends but the salon and its business records remain. Future appointments assigned to you are moved to Rescheduling required for the owner. If you own the business, its organisation-controlled data are also permanently deleted.

Before deleting

Use the data export tool in the deletion screen to create and download the business copy you want to keep. Deleting Muluno does not cancel a Grow or Pro subscription. Cancel an Apple subscription in Apple subscription settings, or cancel a website subscription from Plan & billing on muluno.com, to prevent a future renewal.
