STAFF HOURS AND LEAVE ON GROW & PRO

One therapist works evenings; another is available three days a week. Set individual hours and breaks, choose who can provide each service and let online availability follow those settings.

Review full-day and part-day holiday requests in the same app. Requests affect availability only once approved. Tailor staff roles and access to what each person needs to do.

Grow includes the owner plus up to five team members. Pro supports unlimited team members, subject to fair use. Working alone? You can use Grow without adding staff.

BOOKING WITHOUT THE BACK-AND-FORTH

While you're with one client,
the next can book.

Once your Muluno booking website is set up and published, share the link in your social profile, on your website or in a message. Clients choose a service and an available appointment in their browser, without downloading your management app.

Free includes a simple booking page and email reminders. Grow and Pro add full website customisation and a booking widget for a website you already have.

Publishing requires a verified owner email, the current agreement and completed website checks. SMS credits are purchased separately on eligible plans.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ON GROW & PRO

Take the balance there and then.

Choose a deposit or full payment when a client books online. At the end of the visit, see the outstanding amount and accept contactless cards and digital wallets with Tap to Pay on a supported iPhone, without a separate card reader.

Muluno adds no transaction fee. Stripe's own processing fees still apply. Keep the appointment's payment record, manage refunds and arrange the next booking in the same app.

Can I use Muluno as an independent beauty therapist?

Yes. Free is for one owner and includes appointments, client records and notes, services, a simple booking page and email reminders. You can use Grow for customisation, consultation forms and approved payments even if you work on your own. The management app is available on iPhone and iPad; the browser workspace is in private preview.

Can brows, lashes, waxing and facials have different booking times?

Yes. Create a separate service with its own price and duration, and add an optional buffer afterwards. You configure the timings yourself. Each appointment occupies one continuous booked slot; Muluno does not model separate treatment-processing stages or room and equipment allocation.

Can clients choose a particular therapist?

On Grow and Pro, choose which team members can provide each service and set their individual working hours and breaks. Where you enable staff selection, clients can choose an eligible therapist when booking online. Holiday requests affect availability once approved.

Can I send my own consultation questions?

Grow and Pro let you create consultation forms with your own questions and send a secure email link. Completed responses stay with the client record. General client notes and individual appointment notes are separate from these forms. Paired client-room iPad form completion and kiosk check-in are Pro features.

What do I need for deposits and Tap to Pay?

What happens after the seven-day Pro trial?
